Jaik and Jeff were college roommates at Illinois State University, Jaik’s freshman year and Jeff’s senior year. Jaik went into the construction trade while Jeff did computers. They stayed in touch over the years until the spring of 2023 Jeff needed his deck rebuilt. He called up Jaik to see if he would be interested in the job. He was and completed the work in the summary of 2023. Jeff had been researching starting a Real Estate business and needed a partner. While Jaik was rebuilding the deck they discussed this opportunity. Six months later they formed Stacking Properties LLC and bought their first property.
