Expectations for our Residents

We have a few expectations that we expect from all of our clients to keep our apartments in the highest quality and running as smoothly as possible. Please read through these and how to apply on apartments.com before applying to one of our apartments to be considered.

Stacking Properties Goal

Stacking Properties LLC wants to provide a clean, safe, and secure apartment for our tenants, working with the tenants to accomplish this.

Rent Payments

We use Apartments.com to track and receive online payments for rent. It is free if using a checking account for the transfer but they charge a fee if paying with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Other payment options are available if needed, just communicate with us.

Late Fees

Rent is due by the first of the month. Late fee is $10 a day. If rent is paid in full by the end of third day of the month, the late fees will be waived. If not the $10 late fee is added for all the days the rent is late, back to the 1st of the month.
